Michael Chang is the Chief of Digital Technology Security Division of First Commercial Bank(FCB), in charge of the enterprise information security affairs. Before joining FCB, Chang has 25-year experience in IT and IS areas, he used to be the leader of IS consultant of IBM Taiwan, also has extensive experience in financial and semiconductor industry.
