In order to provide better secure of enterprise' digital security, Avision has developed a series of security multi-function copiers. After copying and printing, the scanned data will be uploaded to the security control system. Once the server finds out that the system detects sensitive content that is not allowed to be copied and printed in the company, the server will send an email to notify the administrator, which is convenient to quickly find out which employee copied or printed sensitive documents. The feature makes internal management of enterprises to protect enterprise information security more easily.

Avision had developed our own high-performance intelligent image improvement chip that helps correct and ehnace scanning and copying image automatically. It allows user to insert document easily to the feeder or on the glass platen in any way. Even if the document is not inserted correctly, the image can be automatically cropped and straightened during scanning. Plus, with the blank page detection and removal feature, the blank page can be detected and deleted without being printed. All these features let you complete your copy efficiently and effectively.
