DeCloak Intelligences was founded in 2020, aims to provide microchip-security level de-identification technology and services for user behavior data. In terms of hardware, DeCloak Intelligences released a PPU (privacy processing unit) chip which has evolved into a USB format PPU-Dongle and an adhesive type of PP-SIM based on the core technology of differential privacy. This technology can randomly add an amount of noise to destroy identifiable segments of data while maintaining high accuracy of data anlysis to achieve de-identification. The PPU-Dongle operates by inserting it into a device's USB port while the PP-SIM is attached to the SIM card of a smartphone or mobile device. Data is transferred in a de-identified format to the back-end or to cloud, allowing businesses to utilize DeCloak Intelligences' AI prediction model to perform big data analysis or reconstruct big data trends.
On top of hardware development, DeCloak Intelligences has also developed an
epidemic prevention APP in Taiwan utilizing its core technology, so that each
individual’s GPS location is de-identified and protected, but at the same time, alerts can be sent whenever the individual has entered a potentially infected area or nearby someone who has been diagnosed with COVID within 14 days. This APP has been validated and adopted by Taiwanese government.

Solutions
PPU (Privacy Processing Unit) – it is a chip containing DeCloak’s patented data deidentification algorithm, which is as small as a rice grain and can be integrated into various devices. PP-SIM (Privacy Processing SIM) – it is a thin film containing DeCloak’s patented data de-identification algorithm, which can be applied to existing SIM cards for smart devices. PP-dongle (Privacy Processing dongle) – it is a USB dongle containing DeCloak’s patented data de-identification algorithm, which can be applied to devices with USB ports. To utilize these de-identified data generated by our hardware solutions, our corresponding AI prediction model can be applied to reconstruct data trend with highprecision big data analysis. For software, DeCloak is able to program its patented data de-identification algorithm and AI prediction model as add-on modules for easy integration to existing software.
