Neil Chang is a Senior Cyber Security Technologist at Darktrace. Based in Taiwan, he has more than 15 years of professional experience in the field of cyber threat prevention and analysis. Neil works closely with IT professionals to conduct risk assessment of security infrastructure, exploring how Cyber AI and Autonomous Response technology can help address their cyber security concerns. He has extensive knowledge and understanding of security tools, incident tracking and incident response investigation.
April Huang is a Commercial Team Lead at Darktrace Taiwan. For the past 3 years, April has been working closely with IT experts to identify how Darktrace’s Cyber AI can be used to address their unique cyber security challenges. She is responsible for driving Darktrace’s unparalleled growth in the region, and is also mentoring a commercial team to ensure the success of each individual in their roles. Prior to joining Darktrace, April has experience in an IT solutions and service provider.
