Emerging technologies continue to develop, and companies vigorously promote digital transformation, adopting various emerging technologies to adjust operational strategies, increase customer acquisition, improve efficiency, manage risks, or even establish ecosystems with related industries to achieve win-win and common prosperity.
However, along with the adoption of emerging technologies, will the business continuity management mechanism established in the past also keep pace with the times, adjust and update, or still maintain the original old model?
In this agenda, lecturers share the current status of digital transformation in the industry, as well as the trends in business continuity management regulations and corporate response trends, and discuss current corporate challenges and put forward suggestions, hoping to enable companies to promote operational transformation while also taking into account risk management.
Christina Tseng is the Managing Director of EY Advisory Services Inc. She has multiple professional certifications and is a seasoned professional of business contingency management, Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certified Fraud Examiner.
Over 10 years experiences in risk management consulting, she assisted numerous enterprises in designing business continuity management programs, protecting personal data, and dealing with compliance issues.
With plenty of experience in solving problems with technologies and also participated in different innovation programs, she recently focuses on digital transformation and data analytics. She has already assisted several financial institutions to establish internal AI team, developing digital transformation strategies and etc.
Christina obtained a Master of Information Management from National Central University. She also holds a Master of Big Data Management by Soochow University.
