Katharine Willers (Katie) is an Initiative Manager in Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) National Risk Management Center. She has nearly 15 years of experience with developing and/or implementing cybersecurity and communications policy, and currently manages the Information and Communications Technology Supply Chain Risk Management Task Force. Katie holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in Washington, D.C. and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
