【Responsibilities】

1. Develop and maintain AI applications based on large language models (LLM) and speech-to-text (STT) technologies to deliver innovative solutions.
2. Continuously track and adopt the latest AI technologies and tools, integrating them into system design and development.
3. Analyze and process structured and unstructured data to support model training and optimization.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
5. Write technical documentation and take charge of AI model deployment, testing, and performance monitoring.

【Qualifications】

1. Proficient in Python programming, with practical experience in generative AI (GAI).
2. Familiar with large language models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, BERT) and speech-to-text technologies (e.g., Whisper, Google Speech-to-Text).
3. Proficient in deep learning frameworks and tools, such as PyTorch, Transformers, and Hugging Face.
4. Experienced with GAI frameworks or tools, such as Azure OpenAI Service (AOAI), Llama, LangChain, RAG, and Ollama.
5. Familiar with Python frameworks like FastAPI, Celery, and Django.
6. Experienced with containerization technologies such as Docker.
7. Prior experience in fine-tuning generative AI models is highly desirable.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking, with the ability to independently complete project development and effectively collaborate with teams.
