Delta Electronics / Manager, Product Security Service, PS3BD

Anderson (倪萬昇) has over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity and currently serves as the Manager of Product Security Service, PS3BD at Delta Electronics. He is also the head of Delta’s Product Security Assessment Lab, where he has built a strong team and played a key role in obtaining international certifications such as IEC 62443, ISO 21434, ACC, and TW EV VPC for Delta’s products. As a key driver of product security within the company, he has made significant contributions to strengthening Delta's product security capability.

Beyond his role in enterprise product security development, Anderson actively contributes to industry standards formulation. He serves as a technical committee member for SEMI E187, helping shape security standards, as well as a cybersecurity committee member for TAF laboratories and an iPAS exam committee member. With his expertise and experience, he is dedicated to advancing the integration and practical implementation of product cybersecurity across various fields.

He holds professional certifications, including CEH, ISA/IEC 62443 CFS, IEC 62443, and ISO 17025. Additionally, he has delivered technical presentations at conferences such as HITCON, ISA Taiwan, SEMI, and AIS3, focusing on product security standards, real-world applications, and practical development.
