SZ Lin has more than 15 years of experience in industrial control systems. He currently serves as President of the International Society of Automation Taiwan Section and as an official ISA/IEC 62443 instructor. He has played a key role in the development and practical adoption of standards such as ISA/IEC 62443 and SEMI E187, with a focus on industrial cybersecurity standard implementation, risk assessment, testing and certification support, and enterprise consulting. His practical expertise covers industrial network security, Industrial Internet of Things, and secure software development lifecycle.
In addition to contributing to the development of the ISA/IEC 62443 standards, he is actively involved in ISASecure cybersecurity certification related activities, supporting the advancement of security assurance practices for industrial systems and devices. He also serves as a member of the National Standards Technical Committee for Electronic Engineering under the Ministry of Economic Affairs, BSMI, a committee member for the Ministry of Economic Affairs iPAS Industrial Control Cybersecurity program, a member of the ISA99 standards committee and a member of the SEMI SMCC, with a continued focus on promoting the adoption of industrial cybersecurity standards across industry.
He holds multiple internationally recognized cybersecurity certifications, including CISSP, ISSAP, CSSLP, CCSP, CISM, CISA, GICSP(Gold), and ISA IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert, and regularly delivers technical presentations at international cybersecurity conferences.
