Kuro is a current board member of the ISC2 Taipei Chapter. He is also a co-founder of the AWS UG DevSecOps Taiwan and the deputy chair of HITCON 2026. He actively participates in the infosec community and runs the blog Kuro 的資安學習手記 to share personal learning and hands-on experience.

He has worked across high-tech manufacturing, finance, and a Big Four accounting firm, focusing on enterprise security architecture, technical assessments, and compliance advisory — giving him practical perspectives from both vendor and client sides. Kuro has led many security projects, including technical security testing, governance and management design, data protection, security audits, and risk assessments. He is currently focused on cloud security governance, cloud threat analysis, and GenAI security.

Kuro has frequently spoken at public conferences and delivered professional training, promoting information security education and talent development. He was selected as a contributor to the AWS Community Builder Security group and holds 40+ international certifications (for example: CISSP, CCSP, AWS SAA, AWS AIF, GCP ACE, CISM, CISA, CGEIT, CDPSE, CRISC, ISO42001 LA).
