Vice Chairperson Chuang has served as the CISO of the Taiwan FSC since March 2025. She previously held the position of Director General of the Banking Bureau, FSC.

Key Achievements in Cybersecurity: 

Under her leadership, the FSC was recognized as an "Outstanding Agency" in the 2025 Government Information and Communication Security Performance Evaluation.
