Assistant Professor Huang Kuan-Kai is the Deputy Director of the Medical Information Center at Chung Shan Medical University Hospital and has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare system. His areas of expertise include hospital planning, quality management, information systems, national health insurance, long-term care, and electronic medical records. He has published numerous academic papers and journal articles in the fields of healthcare quality and medical informatics.

He has previously served as a Supervisor of the Medical Management Association, a Supervisor of the Health Information Management Association, an Executive Supervisor of the Taiwan Artificial Intelligence Association, an Executive Supervisor of the Healthcare System Consortium (HSC), a Board Director of the Kaohsiung Health and Wellness Management Association, a Board Director of the National Beidou Home Economics and Commerce Senior High School Alumni Association, and as a Big Data and Technology Advisor to the Taiwan Assistive Technology and Long-Term Care Industry Development Association.
