Jacen Loke is a cybersecurity and technology risk leader with over 20 years of experience advising organisations across Asia on building secure, resilient, and scalable digital environments. He is the Principal Consultant at Dynamic Link Solutions, a Malaysia-based digital transformation consulting firm specialising in governance, risk and compliance (GRC), cloud security, and cyber risk advisory.

Jacen works closely with boards, senior executives, and technology leaders to translate complex cybersecurity challenges into clear business risks and actionable strategies. His expertise spans cybersecurity strategy, virtual CISO advisory, security maturity assessments, and the design and implementation of Security Operations Centres (SOC) and Managed Security Services (MSSP) across the ASEAN region.
