Miss Chommakorn Sontesadisai is an AI and Data Science professional specializing in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and large language models (LLMs). She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Software Engineering for Data Science at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), following her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Mahidol University, where she graduated with Second Class Honors.

During her internships, Chommakorn gained both industry and research experience in AI and data science. At Central Retail Corporation, she developed an AI-driven NLP pipeline using large language models to classify customer feedback, achieving over 90% accuracy and generating actionable insights to improve customer experience.

She also completed a research internship at the Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST), where she conducted literature reviews and contributed to research on evaluating the robustness and trustworthiness of large language models. Her work focused on applying software testing principles to in-context learning, which led to a publication in an international conference.
