As Country Manager for Singapore and Market Lead for Asia Pacific (亞太區經理) at Booz Allen, Andrew Sung oversees the market strategy and operations, client delivery, and business development for one of the world's leading strategy and technology firms. With more than 15 years of experience in the industry, Andrew has successfully overseen a wide spectrum of complex and impactful projects in government, defense and intelligence, financial services, telecommunications, energy, and healthcare and life sciences.

In recognition of impact within the Singapore market, Andrew is the recipient of the Total Defence Award and Friend of NS Award, conferred by the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Home Affairs, and Singapore Armed Forces. The Total Defence Award is Singapore’s highest national accolade for exemplary support and contributions towards Total Defence. 

Andrew is also an angel investor in early-stage IoT, AI, and cyber technology startups. He mentors and advises early-stage cyber startups on their first MVP in the government-backed accelerator CyberBoost. Andrew has had the privilege of serving as a Kessler Fellow, consultant, and advisor for Uncharted, a U.S. technology startup in the last mile infrastructure market. For venture capital and investment fund Manas Ecosystem Fund, he provides advisory in potential investment opportunities in Southeast Asia and leverages local relationships to introduce the fund to startup founders and investors. 

Andrew holds a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Engineering from Cornell University. He is a member of the 1865 Society and Cornell Club of Singapore.
