Dr. Pei-Wen Liu is the executive vice president and CISO of First Commercial Bank, in charge of Information technology, digital technology security, digital banking and financial technology business. During his term as EVP，he established the Digital Technology Security Division, the first dedicated unit to digital technology security among all Taiwanese banks. In order to implement the digital transformation strategy, Liu announces 3 policies: IT modernization, product digitalization, and market innovation. Therefore, a cross-departments team is formed to create a brand new digital brand-iLEO by using design thinking and agile development.

Before join FCB, he possesses 20-year experience in IT industry. In addition to the deputy director of Cybersecurity Technology Institute of III (Institute for Information Industry), he is also the director of National Center for Cyber Security Technology to promote cyber security protection for government and critical infrastructure in a long time.

Mr. Hsin, as the top executive of cybersecurity management of CTBC Financial Holding and CISO of CTBC Bank who is responsible for information security policy-making, enactment of information security strategies and technology standards of the Financial Holdings Group, as well as being the driver of information security management across subsidiaries in the Group.

Mr. Hsin focuses on the matter of international and domestic information security compliance and the framework of defense-in-depth and has framed information security defenses alliance across first-tier subsidiaries of the Group and leads oversea establishments of the Bank to build up Threat Intelligence Sharing and Analysis Platform during the tenure.

Mr. Su currently heads several positions as CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) and CIO (Chief Information Officer, Vice President) of Fubon Financial Holding Co., Ltd., CIO of Taipei Fubon Bank, Director of LINE Bank, and Vice President of Taiwan CISO Alliance.

Mr. Su was formerly Director of the Information Office of National Police Agency and Convener of Police Information Analysis Team. He has expertise in information system development, planning, implementation and promotion, technology (network) crime prevention, computer forensics and digital evidence analysis, information network security, and innovative police technology applications. With over 25 years of experience, he was responsible for planning cloud architecture, big data, artificial intelligence and other technology application plans for the police units, contributing to the comprehensive enhancement of information security defenses through digital technology.
