Hung Chia-ling is presently a adjunct assistant researcher of the Division of Cyber Security and Decision-Making Simulation in Institute of National Defense and Security Research (INDSR). Her main research areas are cyber strategy, cyber security, cyber threat trends, cyber security/national security policy and CMMC ecosystem . Before entering INDSR, she has served in the Ministry of National Defense for many years, leading a quantity of large-scale information system development projects and related businesses such as military cyber security policies, audits, and incidents.
