Under the digital transformation, the upgrading of convenience in daily life is accompanied by the hidden risks of cybersecurity due to the Internet of Things (IoT). With escalating cybersecurity risks, Taiwan is collaborating with the public and private sectors, integrating existing cybersecurity capabilities, and implementing cybersecurity measures across different industries to enhance cybersecurity protection. Moreover, through Taiwan's rich research and development capabilities and outstanding technological competence in cybersecurity, Taiwan's cybersecurity products can align with international standards, promoting the development of the domestic cybersecurity industry and enhancing the overall competitiveness of the economy, which is leading Taiwan to become resilient, secure, and trusted smart nation.
In 2023, the CYBER TAIWAN PAVILION will enter its sixth year of participation. This year, we have gathered the top Taiwanese cybersecurity companies to continue building a unique exhibition showcasing Taiwan's research and development capabilities. We invite you to understand the diverse aspects of Taiwan's brand and product diversity. Through the four thematic exhibitions at the venue, you can grasp the critical strategic directions of the cybersecurity industry, including the transformation to zero trust in network security, semiconductor industrial control protection, and the importance of IoT product security and 5G technology security. Through the multifaceted presentation of the cybersecurity industry, CYBER TAIWAN PAVILION shows the strength of Taiwan's cybersecurity, and we can tackle the ever-changing cybersecurity threats together.
Administration for Digital Industries, moda, strives to promote Taiwan’s self-R&D of cybersecurity, strengthening industries’ cybersecurity resilience and competitiveness through programs of zero trust, semiconductor, IoT, and 5G cybersecurity. Focusing on the five main themes of enhancement of industry cybersecurity, strengthening of product cybersecurity, deepening of cybersecurity technology, cybersecurity talent incubation, and international expansion and cooperation, the administration continues to promote technical autonomy, industry scale-up, and market internationalization to not only facilitate cooperation across industries and increase of investment, achieving the goal of “good cybersecurity, even better Taiwanese industries,” but also demonstrate that Taiwan is a resilient, safe, and reliable international partner.
