The speech will illustrate the activities of the National Centre of Competence for Cybersecurity (NC3) and in particular the activities related to its cybersecurity observatory.

The NC3 mission is to support the Luxembourg ecosystem and to in building cybersecurity competence and capacity, in a way that contributes to developing the cybersecurity industrial base in the country, and strengthens the strategic autonomy of the European Union.

The overall objective of the observatory is to collect information on cyber risks and gaps in the economic system based on data and evidences, in order to support and strengthen the development of the national ecosystem and stimulate strategic awareness.

As far as possible, the presentation will describe the methodological approaches adopted, the main characteristics of the information collected, how the information is obtained and the related constraints, as well as the final use of the generated information.
