Emerging technologies such as the IoT, autonomous vehicles, satellite communications, and AI are accelerating industry development. Despite the interconnectedness, cybersecurity threats have increased, and cybersecurity personnel have become indispensable within businesses. However, Taiwanese businesses are facing a shortage of cybersecurity talent.

CYBERSEC 2024 is the most influential cybersecurity exchange platform internationally. First launched in 2021, Cyber Talent continues to bridge the gap between academia, current cybersecurity talents, and industry needs. Through a focus on Talent, Career Paths, and Training, it aims to create a platform for human resource interaction to fortify cybersecurity defenses based on industry needs and build a more comprehensive cybersecurity system.
