Rock was a nurse, he has assisted 10 medical centers in electronic medical record exchange, and has repeatedly traveled to countries for Health Information System construction. Since 2015, he has led the Wanfang Hospital team to complete many information constructions, obtained multiple smart medical badges, and transformed the core system into microservices. He led the team to develop Taiwan’s first AI medical chatbot. Since 2022, he has served as the deputy chief information officer of Taipei Medical University, concurrently serving as the head of the network communication group and the cyber security group. he also serves as the smart medical executive of the Taiwan Hospital Association and the Taiwan Private Hospital Association, and the lecturer of the National Information Security Research Institute’s information security professional training - Information Security Overview. he is also an information security audit committee member of the Ministry of Education’s public agencies and specific non-public agencies. he is currently committed to the future development of the Taipei Medical University.
