Turkey Li served as the first Secretary-General of the Association of Hackers in Taiwan and the General Convener of HITCON Community 2018. She organized Taiwan's first international hacker conference focused on blockchain security, which attracted a thousand participants. Previously, she worked as a software development engineer at Taiwan Mobile and a senior technical manager for the vulnerability research and cybersecurity product development teams at TeamT5.
Dedicated to promoting cybersecurity within the community and managing teams, she is a co-founder and the general convener for discussions at HITCON GIRLS, a women's cybersecurity community. she has been a speaker at HITCON, iThome Cybersec, and the 360 Bug Bounty Conference, and was invited to host a smart contract challenge at the European HITB hacker conference.
