Main Experiences:

• Participated in the formulation and revision of domestic financial regulations. (such as electronic banking, electronic Payment, API, financial FIDO, financial PKI, etc.).
• Previously served as the head of the Information Development Department of the Digital Business Development at E.SUN Bank.
• Worked in Information Services Group including electronic banking, technical support, development of corporate finance, and information security at CTBC Bank.
