Mr. Liu has experience in information management, architecture planning, and information security, and his areas of expertise includes integrating finance, information and cybersecurity. He is dedicated to financial security. Internally, he is the highest responsible executive for information security, and responsible for coordinating the information security governance of E.SUN FHC, establishing the security protection framework and supervising the implementation of information security risk management mechanisms. Externally, he assists in enhancing the overall information security protection capabilities of banks and implementing information security mutual defense mechanisms between banks.
