goPatrol is the new generation file security system introduced by SECWARD following the pioneering TotalFileGuard(TFG) computer file encryption protection system.
goPatrol inherits the highly flexible features of TotalFileGuard to protect files, and expands the it's data flow monitoring capabilities in five dimensions to provide early warnings and enhance the effectiveness of evidence, including: automatic detection of software and device changes, file transmission through communication software, external device access to files, document printout, document history preservation and comprehensive alerts.
File export tracking
File operation Logs:Including the local machine, network disks and USB external devices, for actions such as copying, deleting, moving, etc. It also allows for quick filtering of specific sources, destinations, file names, and other log queries.
Network transmission logs:Logs and transmission recipients are recorded when files are sent via communication software, browsers, or video software. File text content can be quickly searched using keywords, and complete text and image backups are retained for auditing purposes.
Web transmission control:Ability to set websites on a blacklist or whitelist; control file transfers and record operational behavior based on the whitelist and blacklist configurations.
Printing logs:combine virtual and physical printing operation records. Exclusively supports keyword search for printed text content, and retention of complete text and image backups for auditing.
Software and hardware management
USB device security management:Enable/Disable, copy file backups, legitimate USB registration usage, and provide a clear file path.
Hardware devices:Collect hardware lists, detect hardware usage and change status, and have real-time control over resource allocation.
Applications:Collect software lists and specify usage permissions. Enforce policies control settings such as enabling/disabling and scheduling.
File Encryption (formerly TFG)
File Encryption:supports various brand of office documents, pdf files, 2D/3D graphic files, PDM and ERP systems, and simulation analysis software. And it can also protect the code and seamlessly integrate with SVN/Git, making it the industry’s exclusive support.
Permission Control:Cryptography keys can be defined by department or level to meet the file access control requirements.
Copy control:Ability to disable/enable/conditionally restrict copy text or patterns, reducing the risk of clipboard leakage while maintaining convenience.
Mobile Devices support:mobile device can open encrypted files and prohibit screenshot captures; supervisors can use APP to approve employees' decryption applications.
Decryption requests:Three options - supervisor approval, automatic release and privileged decryption to meet various approval and release requirements.
Outgoing document protection (Gopatrol Secured Document):Supports PDF format, allowing suppliers/external partners to read through a web browser during a specified period; and offers control over printing, downloading, watermarking, etc.
Off-line protection:Provide off-line installation of external client programs, allowing the opening of encrypted files within policy-permitted times.
Alert Reports
Basic reports:ranking reports, pie charts, bar charts, etc., to quickly grasp the key points.
Alerts:Send email alerts for frequent abnormal actions.
Mobile alerts:The APP receives alerts immediately and will be notified as soon as possible if there is an abnormality.
File Clone
Restore deleted files:Deleted files are securely stored and can be quickly retrieved. Important information is not afraid of being lost.
Version History Record:For critical files on client computers, it can save the history of each edit and guarding against malicious alterations.
