Built on Modeling & Simulation (M&S) technology and wargaming techniques, this immersive experience simulates real-world cybersecurity threats and strategic responses. With experts from the U.S. Naval War College and National Institute of Cyber Security (NICS) providing guidance, you’ll engage in a custom-designed cybersecurity game based on Taiwan-specific scenarios. Tackle challenges like network blockades and protecting critical national infrastructure, testing your ability to make high-stakes decisions under pressure.
Whether addressing enterprise-level cybersecurity defense or cybersecurity risk management in healthcare, where protecting sensitive data is crucial and cyber incidents can directly threaten human safety, this exercise offers a unique learning opportunity.
This isn’t just a game—it’s a dynamic, real-world cybersecurity decision-making drill. Put your skills to the test and refine your strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Digital Blockade-Lite is a research wargame centered on a fictional conflict scenario in Taiwan. Participants take on the role of cyber strategists for either a Red Team (attacking) or Blue Team (defending). Players will meet with their teams to discuss strategy, develop a plan and then execute their offensive and defensive actions. Actions are recorded on the game board and adjudicated to see who was successful. Players will then have an opportunity to assess and modify their approaches based on what they learn.
