Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) is a cloud service provided by Zscaler that offers seamless, zero-trust access to private applications running in public clouds or data centers. ZPA ensures that applications are never exposed to the internet, making them invisible and inaccessible to unauthorized users. Instead of connecting the network to applications, ZPA connects applications to users through an inside-out connection. Users are not placed on the network, enhancing security. This zero-trust network access (ZTNA) approach supports both managed and unmanaged devices, as well as all private applications, not just web applications.
