Currently serving as the HR and Finance Assistant Manager in a publicly listed semiconductor company, they were honored with the PMI-TW Project Management Grand Award (PTGA) – Outstanding Project Leader Award in 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Deputy CEO of the PMI Taiwan Award Office. In 2024, they were selected as one of Taiwan's approximately 10 AWS Security Community Builders.
