A versatile nursing and IT professional, the speaker has facilitated EMR exchanges across ten major medical centers and contributed to international healthcare IT development.

Since 2015, they have led Wanfang Hospital’s digital transformation, integrating IT with various departments and laying the foundation for TMU’s first fully certified Smart Hospital.

Appointed Deputy CIO at Taipei Medical University in 2022, they established the Information Security Division, designed cloud security architectures, and joined the Ministry of Education’s cybersecurity audit team, enhancing cross-hospital and multi-cloud security.

In late 2024, they will become CIO of Chuming Hospital, NYCU, leading the development of a secure next-generation smart hospital IT system.
